Take turns being the “Caller” – everyone else will be the “Artists”. The Caller is given a random image (Lorem Picsum is a good random image generator). They must describe the image verbally, in detail, so that the artists can do their best to draw the original image. Once time is up (aim for about 5 minutes) – the drawings are submitted anonymously and the Caller selects the drawing that most closely captured the photo.
Virtual Campfire
In advance, the meeting host mails a package to each attendee. The package contains:
- A tealight candle
- A book of matches
- A few small marshmallows
- A chocolate bar
- A graham cracker
- A toothpick or skewer
Everyone joins the meeting and roasts their marshmellows while chatting over the campfire. You can share ghost stories, or even use it as a retro to identify the “ghost stories” within your team that you want to improve upon.
